👥 Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking compassionate, reliable professionals to join our growing team:
- Support Workers: Deliver in-home and community-based support, including personal care, social engagement, and daily living assistance.
- Support Coordinators: Help participants navigate the NDIS, connect with services, and achieve their goals through person-centred planning.
- SIL Team Members: Provide structured support in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, helping participants build independence and life skills.
